Yes, ideally at both ends. It means our team can confirm where everything goes and flag anything unexpected without having to track you down by phone. If you genuinely can't be there, let us know in advance, and we'll make it work.
Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable, especially for long-distance or end-of-month moves. That said, we do pick up short-notice jobs when we have the capacity; it's always worth asking even if the date is close.
